Everyone needs to do exercises to be able to live a healthy life and reap all the health benefits of exercises. While
there are great efforts towards improving the health of people living with disabilities, there is a huge need for more
research, development and training towards exercises for people living with disabilities. S&R comes with a plan to
support people with learning disabilities, autism, and other additional needs; in different ways that will support them
through exercise to live life to the full potential.

The staff involved in S&R have a wealth of years in support working with people with learning disabilities, autism,
and other additional needs and in the field of exercises and sports. Continuous training and development of the staff
to meet daily and ever-changing demands of our clients is at the heart of everything S&R does.

From little life-changing exercises such as walking and bowling to more complex excercises, S&R will provide
access to these to people with learning disabilities, autism, and other additional needs.

S&R also support families who would love their kins to be taken out for exercises in gyms and other sports clubs or
just being driven out for other activities. S&R is aware that since Covid many people and families have been timid
to venture out and/or lost access to their previous day services. This is an extra motivation to our team, to give
everyone relief and a sporting opportunity! The current team of drivers are also fully trained in first aid and are
versed in their skills.

There is a need to tamper our current aspiration with the costs of living facing everyone, S&R will continue to
support cost-effective solutions for everyone.

Basic training equipments and attires are essential and at times hard to attain due to costs and unavailability. S&R
will engage with anyone who needs support and try to get them through whatever they need.

In addition to the above there is a continuous need to support the staff working with people living with disabilities.
Training them on how they can best support their service users to do exercises. This is a mandate that S&R will take
with pride.
